Six ground rules
Be respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and patience. No harassment, hate speech or bullying — ever.
Debate ideas, not people
Disagree as strongly as you like about the topic, but never attack the person.
Protect personal information
Don't share your address, phone number, passwords or financial details, and don't ask others for theirs.
Learn honestly
Helpers explain and guide — they don't do your homework or exams for you.
Keep it on purpose
Sessions are for learning, debate and preparation. Keep conversations focused and appropriate.
Speak up
If something feels wrong, end the session and tell us. You'll never be in trouble for raising a concern.

Will helpers do my homework for me?
No. Helpers explain, guide and give feedback so you understand the material yourself. See our community guidelines.

Feyn Connect matches you with fellow students. Feyn Pro is for when you need deeper, expert-level help on demanding topics or high-stakes preparation.

For helpers
Who can become a helper?
Students who know a subject well and enjoy explaining it. Full eligibility details will be shared before launch. You can submit an initial application now.
Are helpers paid?
Compensation details will be confirmed and shared with applicants before launch.
Do I need to be an expert?
No. You just need to understand your subject well and be patient and clear when explaining it.
Do I need to upload documents?
No. The initial application doesn't ask for a résumé or ID. Please don't send sensitive documents by email.

How will you keep the community safe?
Our safety page sets out our community guidelines. We'll publish full details of our reporting, moderation and age policies before launch.
What happens to my waitlist details?
We only use them to contact you about Feyn Connect. You can unsubscribe at any time or email help@feynapp.com to have them removed.
